151st Annual Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show

The 151st Annual Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show, presented by Purina Pro Plan, will be staged from January 30 – February 2, 2027 in New York City, with daytime breed judging and special events at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center and evening group judging at Madison Square Garden. This iconic event, founded in 1877, is the second-longest continuously held sporting event in the United States and the longest nationally televised live dog show.

The program begins on January 30 with Canine Celebration Day, featuring the Masters Agility Championship preliminaries and finals, Flyball Tournament, and demonstration rings. On February 1, breed judging for Hound, Toy, Non-Sporting, and Herding groups will take place at Javits, followed by evening group judging at Madison Square Garden. On February 2, Sporting, Working, and Terrier breeds will be judged during the day, with Junior Showmanship Finals, group judging, and the crowning of Best in Show in the evening at Madison Square Garden.
