SNACK SHOW 2026

The SNACK SHOW 2026 (Sandwich & Snack Show) will be held on April 1–2, 2026 at Pavilion 7.2, Paris Expo Porte de Versailles. It is Europe’s leading trade fair dedicated to snacking, takeaway food, and out-of-home consumption, attracting over 14,650 professionals and 400+ exhibitors.

The exhibition is structured around three main universes: Snacking Concepts (new food and menu ideas), Equipment & Tech (machinery and technology), and Packaging & Solutions (packaging innovations). Each year, exhibitors declare more than 1,800 new products and innovations, making the show a key platform for discovering the latest trends. Highlights include chef competitions, innovation awards, conferences, and networking sessions, offering valuable insights and connections for foodservice professionals.
