New York Produce Show and Conference 2026
The New York Produce Show and Conference 2026 will take place from December 2–4, 2026 at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center, New York City, presented by the Eastern Produce Council and Produce Business Magazine. It is recognized as the largest fresh produce buying event in the Northeast United States, attracting growers, distributors, retailers, foodservice operators, and floral suppliers.
The program includes a one-day Trade Show on December 3 featuring over 300 exhibitors showcasing fresh fruits, vegetables, herbs, organics, exotics, and value-added products. Complementary events include the Global Trade Symposium, offering insights into import/export trends; the Foundational Excellence Program, designed for executives with less than five years in the produce industry; and the Ideation Fresh Foodservice Forum, focusing on the role of produce in culinary innovation and profitability.
Attendees will also benefit from industry tours across New York City, chef demonstrations, educational micro-sessions, and the Connect with Fresh Media Immersion, which engages bloggers, consumer editors, and influencers. The event provides a unique platform for networking, product discovery, and knowledge sharing across the entire produce supply chain, making it a must-attend for anyone in the fresh produce sector.
