Lanna Future Food and Gastronomy Fairs

Lanna Future Food and Gastronomy Fairs is an exhibition and market-testing event showcasing future food innovations from Northern Thailand. Organized by the Chiang Mai Provincial Industry Office in collaboration with the Phayao Provincial Industry Office, the fair brings together food entrepreneurs from Phayao, Chiang Rai, Phrae, and Nan.

The event offers visitors a chance to taste, shop, and experience new food products while exploring emerging trends in future food and gastronomy.
