Kawaii Kon 2026

The Kawaii Kon 2026 will take place on April 24–26, 2026 at the Hawai‘i Convention Center in Honolulu. As Hawai‘i’s largest anime and Japanese pop culture convention, it features cosplay contests, anime screenings, concerts, esports tournaments, and artist alley exhibitions.

Special guests include voice actors, manga artists, and industry creators from Japan and the U.S. Due to ongoing construction at the convention center, the event will open later on Friday at 5:00 PM, with programming spread across the exhibit halls and the third floor. Despite logistical challenges, Kawaii Kon 2026 promises a vibrant celebration of Japanese media and fandom culture, attracting thousands of attendees from across the Pacific.
