HYROX Guangzhou 2026

The HYROX Guangzhou 2026 will take place on November 21–22, 2026 at the Poly World Trade Center (PWTC) (NO.1000 Xinggang East Road, Haizhu District, Guangzhou, China). This marks HYROX’s debut in Guangzhou, expanding the series into Southern China.

The race follows the standard HYROX format: 8 x 1 km runs alternating with 8 workout stations (SkiErg, Sled Push, Sled Pull, Burpee Broad Jumps, Rowing, Farmers Carry, Sandbag Lunges, Wall Balls). Divisions include Open Singles, Pro Singles, Doubles, and Relay, with qualification slots for World Championships available in Pro categories.

Race-day logistics: Athlete check-in opens 90 minutes before each division’s first wave. Tickets include optional Flex Add-On for refunds or name changes. Results include split timings, finisher patches, and age group awards. Venue access is via Metro Line 8 (Xingangdong Station), with Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport (CAN) about 45–60 minutes away. Expected weather in November: 17–23°C, 70–80% humidity.
