HYROX Düsseldorf 2026

The HYROX Düsseldorf 2026 will take place from November 11–15, 2026 at the Merkur Spiel Arena, Arena-Straße 1, 40474 Düsseldorf, Germany. This marks the historic debut of HYROX inside a football stadium, transforming the home of Fortuna Düsseldorf into a fitness racing arena.

The race follows the standard HYROX format: 8 x 1 km runs alternating with 8 workout stations (SkiErg, Sled Push, Sled Pull, Burpee Broad Jumps, Rowing, Farmers Carry, Sandbag Lunges, Wall Balls). Divisions include Open Singles, Pro Singles, Doubles, Relay, and Adaptive categories, with qualification slots for World Championships available in Pro divisions.

Race-day logistics: Athlete check-in requires a physical ID (digital copies not accepted). Registration provides wristbands, bib numbers, ankle straps, and timing chips. Ceremonies for age groups and podiums will be held after divisions conclude. The venue is accessible via U-Bahn line U78 (MERKUR SPIEL-ARENA stop) or S-Bahn S11 + Bus 729 from Düsseldorf Airport.
