HYROX Barcelona 2026

The HYROX Barcelona 2026 will take place from May 14–17, 2026 at Av. Joan Carles I, 64, Barcelona, Spain. It is one of Europe’s premier HYROX events, attracting thousands of athletes from across the globe.

The race format combines 8 km of running with 8 workout stations: SkiErg, Sled Push, Sled Pull, Burpee Broad Jumps, Rowing, Farmers Carry, Sandbag Lunges, and Wall Balls. Athletes can compete in Singles Open/Pro, Doubles, or Relay divisions, with official rankings and qualification slots for the HYROX World Championships.

HYROX Barcelona offers a vibrant Mediterranean atmosphere, with crowds, energy, and culture making it more than just a race.
