CheeseExpo 2026

The CheeseExpo 2026 will take place from April 14–16, 2026 at the Baird Center in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Hosted by the Wisconsin Cheese Makers Association (WCMA) and the Center for Dairy Research (CDR), it is the world’s largest dairy processing event, bringing together over 4,000 industry leaders, suppliers, and professionals.
