What is WHX Lagos?

WHX Lagos is the rebranded version of Medic West Africa and Medlab West Africa, now part of the World Health Expo (WHX) series. The 2025 edition was held from June 2 to 4, 2025 at Landmark Centre, Lagos, and marked a major evolution in West Africa’s healthcare trade and innovation platform.

The event featured:

• Over 8,000 healthcare and laboratory professionals
• More than 500 exhibitors from 40+ countries
• A curated program of 100+ speakers across clinical, regulatory, and investment tracks

WHX Lagos 2025 focused on healthcare delivery, diagnostics, digital innovation, public policy, and investment, offering a dynamic forum for hospitals, labs, startups, and government agencies. It also introduced WHX Labs Lagos, a dedicated zone for laboratory science, diagnostics, and medtech innovation.

The event is designed to accelerate public-private partnerships, showcase African health innovation, and connect stakeholders across clinical care, infrastructure, and digital health ecosystems.
