Toronto Bakery Showcase 2026

The Toronto Bakery Showcase 2026 will be held from May 3–4, 2026 at the Toronto Congress Centre. Organized by the Baking Association of Canada (BAC), it is the country’s largest national baking industry trade show and conference, rotating annually among Toronto, Montreal, and Vancouver.
