HYROX Cardiff 2026

The HYROX Cardiff 2026 will take place from April 29 to May 4, 2026 at the Principality Stadium, Cardiff, Wales. Following its successful debut in 2025, HYROX returns for a six-day fitness festival in one of the UK’s most iconic venues.

The race format combines 8 km of running with 8 workout stations: SkiErg, Sled Push, Sled Pull, Burpee Broad Jumps, Rowing, Farmers Carry, Sandbag Lunges, and Wall Balls. Athletes can compete in Singles Open/Pro, Doubles, or Team Relay divisions, with official rankings and qualification slots for the HYROX World Championships.

Spectators will enjoy enhanced access this year, with tickets allowing entry to both the grandstands and pitch level, creating an electrifying atmosphere. HYROX Cardiff 2026 is set to be a highlight of the 2025/26 season, blending elite competition with community-driven energy in the heart of Wales.
