SIGEP Asia showcases the entire supply chain of Artisan Gelato and presents the peak in excellence and professionalism in the art of Pastry & Bakery.

The Chocolate section brings together the best Italian and foreign manufacturers and chocolate production, machinery, equipment and accessories.

The exhibition will cover the entire Coffee & Tea supply chain, from specialty coffee beans and tea leaves to roasters, grinders and barista equipment, catering to a wide range of processing techniques and tasting.

THE NEXT EDITION OF SIGEP ASIA WILL BE HELD FROM 16 TO 18 JULY 2025 AT THE SANDS EXPO & CONVENTION CENTRE (LEVEL 1)

Following the success of the 1st edition of SIGEP Asia in 2024, which showcased artisan gelato, pastry, bakery, coffee, and tea, the 2025 edition promises an even more dynamic and expansive experience. Co-located with the 6th edition of Restaurant Asia and incorporating IEG Asia's recently acquired series of F&B boutique trade shows from Montgomery Events Asia: Speciality Food & Drinks Asia, Speciality Coffee & Tea Asia and Food2Go, respectively targeting both artisanal and gourmet beverages, products and producers - this event is designed to meet the evolving needs of the APAC region's F&B and Ho.Re.Ca industries.

2025 Highlights 

• Nightlife & Entertainment Pavilion: This exclusive feature area will bring together award-winning mixologists from Asia’s Top 50 bars, who will use ingredients from exhibitors to create innovative cocktails, showcasing the full potential of their products. It offers an inspiring space for nightlife operators to envision these creative solutions in their own establishments.
• Technology & Innovation Pavilion (TIP): This pavilion focuses on the future of F&B technology, where buyers can explore the latest advancements in automation, AI, and sustainable solutions for the Ho.Re.Ca sector. The interactive space features immersive demonstrations, workshops, and live experiments, designed to streamline operations and enhance customer experiences.
• Singapore National Coffee Championship (SNCC): Returning for 2025, SNCC will host competitions across four categories: Barista Championship, Latte Art Championship, Brewers Cup, and Cup Tasters Competition. Winners will go on to represent Singapore at the 2025 World Coffee Championship, making it a must-attend event for coffee enthusiasts.
• Sessions 2025: SIGEP ASIA will host a series Demos, Masterclasses, Seminars and Tastings led by authoritative experts in the field, giving operators the opportunity to enhance their skills and keep abreast of the latest trends. On stage, top F&B and Foodservice Ho.Re.Ca. professionals share insights into challenges and solutions for tackling the evolving needs of the industry. Joining us again in 2025 are the main representatives of international championships promoted and organised by SIGEP, such as Gelato World Cup, Juniores Pastry World Cup, The Pastry Queen - Pastry World Cup, and Bread In The City. The best Gelato Makers, Pastry Chefs, Baristas and Bakers from all over the world will showcase their technical skills, creativity and innovation.
