Taiwan Excellence นำเสนอสุดยอดผลิตภัณฑ์ที่ผลิตในไต้หวันออก ด้วยการกลับมาอีกครั้งอย่างยิ่งใหญ่ โดยเข้าร่วมเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของ งานมหกรรมเทคโนลีและโซลูชั่นอุตสาหกรรมการผลิต Manufacturing Expo 2022 ในครั้งนี้แคมเปญได้เปิดตัวโซลูชั่นการผลิตอัจฉริยะใหม่ล่าสุดจาก 5 สุดยอดบริษัทผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านระบบอัตโนมัติชั้นนำของไต้หวัน ให้ผู้ซื้อชาวไทยได้ทำความรู้จักกับจุดเด่นของอุตสาหกรรมระบบอัตโนมัติของไต้หวัน
หลังจากรอกันอย่างใจจดใจจ่อกันมากว่า 2 ปี Manufacturing Expo งานมหกรรมด้านอุตสาหกรรมที่ยิ่งใหญ่ที่สุดในภูมิภาคเอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้ก็ได้กลับมาอีกครั้งในปีนี้ ภายในงานแคมเปญได้จัดตั้งพาวิเลียน Taiwan Excellence ภายใต้แนวคิด “ระบบอัตโนมัติอุตสาหกรรม” และเชิญห้าบริษัทที่ได้รับรางวัลในปีนี้ ได้แก่ SOLOMON, Techman Robot, TOYO, TBI MOTION และ PLANET มาร่วมจัดแสดงผลิตภัณฑ์และโซลูชั่นใหม่ล่าสุดของตน อาทิ ระบบแมชชีนวิชั่น AI/3D, หุ่นยนต์ร่วมปฏิบัติงาน (โคบอท), ส่วนประกอบการส่งสัญญาณความแม่นยำสูง อย่างรางสไลด์และบอลสกรู และโครงสร้างพื้นฐานเครือข่ายอุตสาหกรรม เป็นต้น
เพื่อแนะนำเทคนิคและฟีเจอร์ผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่ ๆ ให้กับผู้เข้าชมงาน ในวันแรกของงานมหกรรม แคมเปญยังได้จัดงาน เปิดตัวผลิตภัณฑ์ Taiwan Excellence ภายใต้คอนเซ็ป "เปลี่ยนโลกด้วยโซลูชั่นระบบอัตโนมัติจากไต้หวัน" (Change the World with Taiwan Automation Solutions) ให้ผู้เข้าร่วมได้ทำความรู้จักกับเทคโนโลยีระบบอัตโนมัติใหม่ล่าสุดและดีที่สุดของไต้หวัน
งานเปิดตัวผลิตภัณฑ์ Taiwan Excellence เริ่มต้นด้วยบริษัท SOLOMON ที่มาแนะนำการใช้งานระบบหยิบวางสินค้าอัตโนมัติในสายการผลิตและคลังสินค้าต่างๆ โดยระบบดังกล่าวได้บูรณาการระบบแมชชีนวิชั่น ปัญญาประดิษฐ์ และสแกนสามมิติเข้าด้วยกัน ต่อด้วยบริษัท Techman Robot ที่มาแนะนำโคบอทที่บริษัทพัฒนาออกมาให้ อัจฉริยะ ใช้งานง่ายและปลอดภัย พร้อมแนะนำเคสตัวอย่างที่ใช้โคบอทในการแปรรูปโลหะ การผลิตพลาสติกและยาง และสายการผลิตอัตโนมัติ ส่วนบริษัท TOYO ได้แนะนำการใช้งานส่วนประกอบความแม่นยำสูงในทางการแพทย์ การตรวจสอบแผ่นวงจรพิมพ์ และการประกอบสกู๊ตเตอร์ ทั้งนี้ยังอวดโฉมสายการประกอบยูเอสบีอัตโนมัติที่บริษัทพัฒนาขึ้นเอง ทางด้านบริษัท TBI MOTION ได้แนะนำคุณลักษณะและเคสตัวอย่างการใช้งานหัวขับไฟฟ้าแบบลิเนียและบอลสกรูที่บริษัทพัฒนา และการใช้งานในอุตสาหกรรม การแพทย์ การขนส่งและเครื่องจักรความแม่นยำสูง ก่อนจะปิดท้ายงานเปิดตัวผลิตภัณฑ์ด้วยบริษัท PLANET ที่มาแนะนำโซลูชั่นโครงสร้างพื้นฐานเครือข่ายอุตสาหกรรม พร้อมอธิบายว่าผลิตภัณฑ์ของบริษัทช่วยให้ผู้ผลิตแบบดั้งเดิมและผู้ประกอบการธุรกิจขนาดเล็กสร้างเครือข่ายอุตสาหกรรมได้อย่างไร
Taiwan Excellence, a campaign to bring the best Taiwan made products to the world, appears again at Manufacturing Expo. This time, Taiwan Excellence introduced the latest smart manufacturing solutions from 5 most renowned Taiwanese automation companies, in order to acquaint Thailand buyers with advantages of Taiwan automation industry.
After 2 years waiting, Manufacturing Expo, South East Asia’s largest industry exhibition, returns this year. In the exhibition, Taiwan Excellence set up “Taiwan Excellence Pavilion” with “industrial automation” subject, and invited five award winning companies SOLOMON, Techman Robot, TOYO, TBI MOTION, and PLANET to show their latest products and solutions, including AI/3D machine vision system, collaborative robots (cobots), precision transmission components such as linear slides and ball screws, and industrial network infrastructures.
For sharing more innovative techniques and products features to visitors, Taiwan Excellence also held “Change the World with Taiwan Automation Solutions” product launch in the first day of the exhibition, to let participants and spectators get acquainted with Taiwan’s latest and best-of-class technology in the field of automation.
In the product launch, SOLOMON introduced the application of automatic pick-place system which has integrated machine visual, AI learning, and 3D scanning in various production lines and warehouses; Techman Robot stated the characteristics of its cobots: smart, simple, safe, and shared cases cobots applied in metal processing, plastic and rubber production, and automation production lines; TOYO shared applications of its precision components in medical field, PCB inspection, and scooters assembly, and shown self-developed automatic USB assembly line; TBI MOTION introduced characteristics and usage scenarios of its linear actuators and ball screws, and applications in industry, medical, transportation, and precision machines; PLANET introduced various industrial network infrastructure solutions, and shared how its products help traditional makers and small business operators create industrial network environment.
Mr. Nick Ni, Director of Economic Division, Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in Thailand was invited as VIP for opening remarks. “Among products Thailand imported from Taiwan, machinery and manufacturing related products account for nearly 19%, rank second largest, which shows Taiwanese machines have been highly recognized by Thailand industries”. Said Mr. Ni “Taiwan’s automation industry provides various smart manufacturing solutions with reasonable price and high quality to meet different production demands, and therefore, we believe that Taiwan can be the best partner for Thailand manufacturing industries to stimulating their potentials.”
