Parizza+Gusto 2026 marks a new era for the former Parizza trade fair, expanding beyond pizza to embrace the entire world of Italian snacking. Taking place on April 1–2, 2026 at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles, the event will showcase a broader, gourmet offering including savory and sweet recipes, authentic Italian ingredients, beverages, and culinary innovations.

The program features chef competitions, live cooking demonstrations, conferences, and product launches. In partnership with I Love Italian Food, more than 50 stands will highlight Italian gastronomy—from pizza and pasta to desserts, wine, and coffee. A major highlight is the French Pizza Championship, bringing together top pizzaiolos to compete and inspire professionals.
