FOODtech Week Tokyo 2025 - Specialised Show for Food Factory & Food Safety Technologies FOODtech Week is Japan's leading exhibition for food technologies, consisting of "FOODtech Japan," which covers food factory technology, and the "Food Hygiene Expo," which focuses on food safety.

The show is held twice a year in Tokyo and Osaka.

The exhibition consists of two main parts:

• FOODtech Japan: Covers food factory automation, IoT & AI, robots, manufacturing/inspection equipment, and more.
• Food Hygiene Expo: Focuses on food safety technologies, including AI visual inspection systems, cleaning/sterilization technologies, and HACCP measures
