New York Build Expo 2027

The New York Build Expo 2027 will take place on March 2–3, 2027 at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center, New York City. It is the largest construction and design show in the U.S., officially supported by the Governor of New York.

The expo will host 45,000+ attendees, 550+ exhibitors, and 550+ speakers across 14 conference tracks, covering topics such as architecture, commercial and residential construction, green building, energy efficiency, and construction technology innovations.

In addition, the event will feature 25+ networking parties, live entertainment, giveaways, and special sessions designed to connect contractors, developers, architects, government officials, and investors.
