Driven by a burgeoning coffee culture, Malaysia’s café scene has evolved dramatically, earning recognition for its homegrown roasters, bean-to-cup experiences, internationally acclaimed baristas, and aesthetically captivating café environments.

In 2022, Malaysia boasted approximately 4,780 cafes and bars, with projections indicating an increase to around 5,540 by 2026.

The Malaysia Café Expo (MCE), co-located with the Malaysian International Food and Beverage Trade Fair (MIFB) and Malaysian Food Technology Trade Fair (MyFoodTech), celebrates the rich diversity of both traditional and modern specialty cafes.

Positioned as a central marketplace in the heart of ASEAN, the expo will unite coffee and tea suppliers, bakery and pastry vendors, café equipment manufacturers, décor and furniture providers, packaging experts, and technology innovators.
