The Wakayama Minabe Best Ume Fair marks the first time Thailand hosts a premium Japanese ume festival featuring authentic agricultural and culinary heritage from Minabe City, Wakayama — Japan’s number one ume producing region.

Visitors will experience the premium Nanko-ume variety, cultivated for more than 400 years and recognized as part of the Globally Important Agricultural Heritage Systems (GIAHS).
