The Forbidden transforms Seacon Bangkae Hall into an immersive ancient Chinese palace experience, recreating the magnificent atmosphere of the legendary Forbidden City with stunning traditional Chinese architecture, glowing red lanterns, and beautifully designed cultural landmarks.

Visitors can explore over 50 famous food vendors serving legendary Chinese-inspired dishes once considered exclusive to imperial courts. The event showcases the richness of ancient Chinese culinary heritage through modern interpretations while preserving the craftsmanship and authenticity behind every recipe.

Enjoy a wide selection of signature delicacies including crispy Peking duck, Hong Kong-style roasted pork, freshly steamed dim sum, traditional handmade noodles, Hong Kong BBQ rice, auspicious Chinese desserts, and many more savory and sweet specialties.

The event also offers immersive cultural experiences such as traditional Chinese costume rentals, photography spots inspired by the royal palace, and red ribbon wishing activities symbolizing love, fortune, and prosperity. Spectacular Chinese cultural performances will take place every Saturday and Sunday at 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM.
