The New Scientist Live 2026 will be held from October 10–12, 2026 at ExCeL London, UK, attracting 20,000+ visitors and featuring 80+ scientific organizations. It is a multi-award-winning science festival designed for anyone curious about our brains, bodies, planet, and universe.
The event is structured around four main stages:
- Universe Stage: Exploring cosmic mysteries such as dark matter, the multiverse, and space travel.
- Mind & Body Stage: Insights into human evolution, neuroscience, and healthcare breakthroughs.
- Future Stage: Cutting-edge talks on AI, quantum technologies, and innovations shaping tomorrow.
- Family Stage: Fun, accessible sessions on nature, wildlife, and technology for all ages.
Speakers include Helen Sharman (UK’s first astronaut), Jim Al-Khalili (physicist), Alice Roberts (anthropologist), Tim Spector (epidemiologist), Chris and Xand van Tulleken (medical broadcasters), and Maddie Moate (science presenter). The final day, October 12, is dedicated to schools, offering tailored educational experiences for students.
