HYROX Incheon 2026

The HYROX Incheon 2026 will take place from May 15–17, 2026 at Songdo Convensia, Yeonsu-gu, Incheon, South Korea. It is one of the largest HYROX events in the Asia-Pacific region, attracting athletes from across the globe.

The race format combines 8 km of running with 8 workout stations: SkiErg, Sled Push, Sled Pull, Burpee Broad Jumps, Rowing, Farmers Carry, Sandbag Lunges, and Wall Balls. Competitors can enter in Singles Open/Pro, Doubles/Doubles Pro, or Relay divisions, with official rankings and qualification slots for the HYROX World Championships.

HYROX Incheon promises three action-packed days of racing, community, and fitness celebration. With thousands of participants and spectators, it is set to be a highlight of the HYROX global calendar, offering both competitive racing and an electrifying atmosphere in South Korea’s vibrant port city.
