ARA Show 2026

The ARA Show 2026 will take place on February 28 – March 4, 2026 at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida. Hosted by the American Rental Association (ARA), it is the world’s largest equipment and event rental trade show, bringing together thousands of rental professionals.

The program includes EventsU (Feb 28), a full day dedicated to event rental education and networking; Education Sessions (Mar 1); and the Trade Show (Mar 2–4) featuring hundreds of exhibitors. Attendees can explore rental-specific products, new technologies, exclusive show-only specials, and supplier connections, while gaining actionable insights to improve operations, optimize teams, and boost profitability.
