40th Makha Purami Si Prachin Festival
The Makha Purami Si Prachin Festival (40th Edition) is a major annual Buddhist and cultural event in Prachinburi Province, held under the theme “The Path of Faith – Twin Buddha Footprints of Awathayapura.” The festival aims to preserve Buddhist traditions, protect cultural heritage, and promote sustainable cultural tourism.
Hosted at the historic Sa Morakot archaeological site in Si Mahosot, the event brings together devotees and visitors for nine days of spiritual activities, cultural showcases, and historical experiences.
