Sydney Build Expo 2026

Sydney Build Expo 2026 is Australia’s largest and leading construction, architecture, and infrastructure event, taking place on April 29–30, 2026 at ICC Sydney. Officially supported by the Lord Mayor of Sydney and the Premier of New South Wales, the expo is organized by Oliver Kinross, the team behind global events like London Build and New York Build.

The event will welcome over 25,000 attendees from across the industry—including contractors, architects, civil engineers, developers, government bodies, and construction professionals. It features 600+ exhibitors and 550+ speakers across 15 CPD-accredited conference stages. Key topics include Future of Construction, Architecture & Design, Digital Construction, Sustainability, and Diversity & Inclusion (D&I).

Special zones include the Architect’s Hub showcasing 3D models of upcoming projects, the Government Hub presenting planning initiatives, and Meet the Buyers where procurement teams from top contractors connect with suppliers. Dedicated programs support Women in Construction, Diversity in Construction, Mental Health, and Sustainability across the industry.
