Hotelex Shanghai 2026

Hotelex Shanghai 2026 is the flagship edition of the Hotelex series, organized by Shanghai Sinoexpo Informa Markets. Now in its 34th year, the show will be held at the NECC (Hongqiao), Shanghai from March 30 to April 2, 2026, and is expected to attract over 300,000 professional visitors from across the hospitality, catering, and foodservice industries.

The exhibition spans 400,000 square meters across two venues (Puxi and Pudong), with over 3,000 exhibitors showcasing products and services across the entire hospitality supply chain.
