CULINAIRE MALAYSIA is Southeast Asia’s premier biennial culinary competition, bringing together professional chefs, culinary students, and F&B experts from around the world to showcase their skills, creativity, and innovation in the culinary arts.

Held from 23–26 September 2025 at Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre (KLCC), Hall 8, the event features:
- Over 1,000 competitors across 35 categories
- Culinary arts, pastry, bakery, mixology, coffee brewing, fruit carving, and table service
- Judged by 100+ international experts, led by Chief Judge Karl-Heinz Ney (German Chef Association)
